Common questions

How do I link my partner?

Go to Settings, then tap "Link your partner." You'll get a code to share. Your partner enters it when they open Futari and everything syncs in real time.

How do I restore my purchase?

Open Settings, then tap "Restore purchases." This will re-activate your premium features if you've previously subscribed.

How do I cancel my subscription?

Subscriptions are managed through Apple. Go to your iPhone Settings, tap your name at the top, then Subscriptions. You can cancel or change your plan there.

How do I delete my account?

Go to Settings, scroll to Data, and tap "Delete account." This permanently removes all your data. Note: deleting your account does not automatically cancel active App Store subscriptions.

Is my data secure?

Yes. Futari uses Firebase with encryption for authentication and data storage. Your wedding data is only accessible to you and your linked partner. See our Privacy Policy for details.
